Tiled by state. There are over 10,000,000 blocks
nationwide. Blocks are the smallest census designation. This product
includes the boundaries only.
The block boundaries include both land and water
blocks, with the water blocks being designated as such in a
"Water Flag" field.
Block boundaries form the foundation of many of the
demographic variables being used, and thousands of block-level
demographic variables may be freely downloaded from the US Census at http://www.census.gov
